Gina trained with the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM) and has obtained the highest qualification, BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Professional Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy. She is also a fully trained Injury Rehabilitation and Exercise Therapist (through Sport Therapy UK) as well as a Stretch Therapist after completing the Dynamic Assisted Stretch Programme with the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM).
Gina works with a host of individual athletes across a variety of sports, and specialises in treating some of the most common sports injuries, assisting athletes in their training journey for particular events in order to prevent injuries, and also helping clients with the relief of everyday aches and pains from occupational or life stress.
Gina is also a qualified yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga for over 20 years.
